Anniston has really warmed up to just about everyone that she sees on a regular basis. Sometimes it takes her a little while when people come to the house, or when we go to someone else's house. With my brother Trent, Anniston gives him a hard time. We can't really figure out what it is, she has not gotten used to Uncle Trent. So when we get a really special moment like this one...we have to take a picture. She is starting to get used to Uncle Trent, on their last visit, they took a nap on the couch!
They both enjoyed their nap. We keep telling Uncle Trent that he needs to feed her and change a few diapers for her to get used to him...he has fed her, but hasn't changed any diapers yet.
We'll see if that happens any time soon. I don't see him changing any diapers until it's his own child, just like someone else I know. ;)

I changed my fair share of diapers for other people's kids when I was younger...its no fun when its your own child...but it has to be done!
ReplyDeleteI agree, it's no fun, but it's part of the "job". At least until they are potty trained.
ReplyDeleteOne day he'll just have to do it, I think he's just worried, because he doesn't know what he's doing. Partly at least...
We have been debating trying to start the potty training...just don't look forward to those "accidents"!

ReplyDeleteDoes she seem interested in the whole "going potty" yet? She has enough women around her. LOL Maybe just put a potty out and see if it peaks her interest?! She will want to try it on her own terms, just out of curiosity probably.
